Returns Policy:

We do not have any exchange, return, or refund policy. We do not guarantee refunds including refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. We try our best to provide high quality and best products to our customers. However, if your parcel has been damaged in shipping or you have received a defective product, we will send you the product again.

Your damage/defective request must include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • An uncut, clear 360° unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package until the complete unpacking of the parcel.

Failure to provide the required evidence within 24 hours may result in rejection of your request.
