  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.
  • Attach clear images of the damaged product.
  • Submit an uncut 360° unboxing video from opening the sealed courier package until complete unpacking.

If approved, send the product to:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, even if they have not yet been shipped.
