Adore Nails products are shipped through Delhivery, DTDC, Vichare, or FedEx. We require 12-24 hours to dispatch your orders. Most of the orders are shipped within 12 hours. We require a complete address with the phone number to ship the goods. No orders are shipped without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. For Shipping within India, we offer various shipping options. We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that we charge shipping fees of Rs. 99. Usually, all orders within India are delivered in 3-7 Working days. We don't offer COD as of now.

Returns Policy:
We do not have any exchange, return, or refund policy. We do not guarantee refunds including refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. We try our best to provide high quality and best products to our customers. However, if your parcel has been damaged in shipping or you have received a defective product, we will send you the product again.
Your damage/defective request must include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
- An uncut, clear 360° unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package until the complete unpacking of the parcel.
Failure to provide the required evidence within 24 hours may result in rejection of your request.
